Can you work with a smaller budget?
Yes. Primarily, the homes we are asked to build are about 1,600 sq. ft. and $230,000, on average. However, Martin Built Homes can build a home to meet your budget from about $200,000 and up.
Can you help with design?
Yes – we have designed and modified floor plans many times. In addition, we will assist you with the many choices that need to be made when you build your home.
How long will it take to build my home?
Typically, we complete a home within about 100 days of digging the foundation. Weather can be a factor during building, but Martin Built Homes does its best to work around these conditions.
Where do you build homes?
Most of our construction takes place in Marion and Cedar Rapids. However, we are willing to build around the Corridor region, including Anamosa, Center Point, Mount Vernon, Solon, North Liberty, Iowa City, and Coralville.
Can changes be made to floor plans, materials, etc.?
Absolutely! Everyone’s needs, wants, and tastes are different. We will guide you through our various selections, from flooring to trim, countertops to tile, helping create a home that feels personalized, functional, and timeless.
